By accessing or using the Jackpot Lounge website, services, or content (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

USE OF THE SERVICE

BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

Bonuses and promotions offered through the Service are subject to these Terms and may have additional terms and conditions that apply specifically to such bonuses and promotions. You agree to review and comply with such additional terms and conditions before participating in any bonus or promotion.

WAGERING REQUIREMENTS

All bonuses and winnings must be wagered at least 35 times (the "Wagering Requirement") within 30 days from the date of activation, unless otherwise specified in these Terms or applicable law. Failure to meet the Wagering Requirement may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL LIMITS

You agree that you will not attempt to deposit or withdraw more than €5,000 per week or €10,000 per month from your account, unless otherwise permitted by law or agreed upon in writing by Jackpot Lounge.

RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

Jackpot Lounge encourages responsible gambling practices and provides tools for players to manage their deposits, betting limits, loss limits, time-out/cool-down periods, and self-exclusion. You agree to use these tools responsibly and in accordance with applicable law.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

You agree that Jackpot Lounge will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: (a) any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; (b) any loss of data, revenue, or profits; and (c) any loss resulting from reliance on the accuracy or completeness of the information provided through the Service.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

CHANGES TO TERMS

Jackpot Lounge reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, along with the applicable bonus terms and conditions, form the entire agreement between you and Jackpot Lounge regarding the use of the Service. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Malta Arbitration Centre.

AMENDMENTS

These Terms may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both you and Jackpot Lounge.

GOVERNING JURISDICTION

The courts of Malta shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
